A special unified photorail is designed to work in automatic control, monitoring and measurement circuits as an indicator of the presence, position or size of processed products on hot and cold rolling mills.

The RF series relays are actually optical sensors consisting of a receiver and a transmitter, but in a special design, which allows them to be classified as safety sensors. It is important to note that as complete systems, safety sensors can only be used when used simultaneously with appropriate monitoring devices, external or built–in, performing continuous cyclic testing of the receiver and transmitter operability.
